While there is room for a lot of individual difference at Bright, there's no room for giant egos.  Our leadership team adopts a Servant Leader approach.  No giant oak desks, private dining areas or special parking spots here.  This is a team who believes their role is to provide resources, knock down barriers, and encourage the people who are doing the work of engineering our vehicle. Period.
